Job Description
- Prepare and/or accomplish sales documents of HDMF such as but not limited to; Contract to Sell, Deed of Assignment, Deed of Sale, Certificate of Acceptance, Loan Mortgage Agreement, Promissory Note, and Loan Application Form
- Assist in compiling Buyers folder with complete requirements ready for submission
- Assist in filing the application folder in HDMF (loan approval)/BIR (ONETT & CAR approval- ONETT will only cater 3 folders per person /ROD(annotation and transfer)
- Assist in paying BIR fees at the Bank, considering LBP will only cater maximum of 3 payments per person per day.
