Job Description
Managing human resources department. This includes designing jobs, hiring people, managing performance, training and development, managing talent, and providing facilities management services.
The role involves:
- Creating and executing HR strategies that align with the company’s goals.
- Developing and overseeing HR strategies, systems, methods, and procedures throughout the company.
- Supporting the company’s current and future needs by developing, engaging, motivating, and retaining employees.
- Supervising and managing a performance evaluation system that encourages high performance.
- Maintaining a pay plan and benefits program.
- Identifying training needs, implementing and monitoring training programs.
- Reporting to management and providing decision-making support through HR metrics.
- Managing the process of recruiting and selecting new hires.
- Employee Discipline Management.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business.
- Previous experience working as an HR Manager for at least 5 years.
- Proficient in English/Tagalog and Bisaya language.
- Ability to adhere to strict deadlines.
- Excellent Analytical Skills.
- Ability to remain focused for extended periods.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift.

- Bachelor’s (Preferred).
Experience:
- Human Resources Manager: 5 years (Required).
