Job Description
As a Collection & Recovery Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing the collection and recovery processes of Radiowealth Finance Company. Your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of collection agents and ensure timely and efficient collection activities to minimize bad debt and maximize recovery.
You will be responsible for setting collection targets, monitoring the performance of collection agents, and implementing strategies to improve collection rates. Additionally, you will analyze data related to delinquent accounts, identify trends, and develop action plans to enhance the recovery process.
To excel in this role, you must have excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide your team to achieve targets. You should have a strong understanding of collection and recovery techniques, as well as the ability to negotiate effectively with customers to settle outstanding debts.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in collection and recovery
- Proven track record in managing a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in using collection management software
