Job Description
We are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Training Manager to join our team. As a Training Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to ensure the growth and development of our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver effective training programs for new hires and existing employees.
- Identify training needs and develop training materials accordingly.
- Collaborate with department managers to assess training needs and performance gaps.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary improvements.
- Maintain training records and provide reports to management.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in employee training and development.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Training Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and training techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple training projects and priorities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
