Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Proposal Coordinator. As a Proposal Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the development and submission of winning proposals for new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the proposal development process from start to finish.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and ensure timely completion of proposal deliverables.
- Review and edit proposal content for clarity, consistency, and compliance with client requirements.
- Create and maintain a proposal tracking system to monitor progress and meet proposal submission deadlines.
- Conduct research and gather market intelligence to support proposal development strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in proposal coordination or similar roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
