Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing our sales operations and driving revenue growth. As a Sales Manager, you will develop and implement strategies to attract new customers, build strong relationships with existing clients, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets and increase market share
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve goals
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales and achieving targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership abilities and the ability to inspire a team
- Ability to analyze market data and develop effective sales strategies
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a managerial role
