Job Description
- Must be a Registered Nurse.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Fresh Graduates/Newly licensed nurses are encouraged to apply.
- Experience is an advantage but not required.
Job Description:
– Prepare the area for hemodialysis. Gather materials needed for hemodialysis
– Review and prepares patient’s chart and record.
– Coordinate with technician regarding patient’s dialysis orders.
– Verifying correct information of patient with doctor’s orders.
– Assess patient for dialysis. Take weight and initial vital signs.
– Maintain proper scheduling of hemodialysis patients.
– And other duties may be assigned as Hemodialysis Nurse.
