Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries (non-technical)
- Create Estimates / Proposals for existing clients who are looking for additional products from us.
- Follow up with clients on the status of those proposals
- Create Orders, Invoices and ensure timely Payment from clients
- Create Reports from our CRM
- Proactively reach out to potential clients regarding new projects
- Conduct demos of our solution (via Google Meet)
- Appointment Setting
- This job requires the following skills:
- Customer Support: Address and resolve account-related questions.
- Client Interaction: Engage with clients to conduct demos, offer solutions, and guarantee their success with our products.
Software Guidance: Quickly learn our SaaS software and assist users with simple product-usage-type questions.
Support Packages: Educate clients about the features included in our various support packages and guide them in selecting the most suitable option for their requirements.
Feedback Collection: Accumulate feedback from clients to enhance our services and address any areas of concern.
