Job Description
We are currently seeking a General Accounting Associate with expertise in managing financial data and ensuring accurate accounting records. This position offers a hybrid work setup with a combination of remote work and office-based tasks to provide flexibility and convenience.
Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including journal entries, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Assist in financial statement preparation and analysis.
- Compile and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Support the preparation of tax documents and assist in tax filings.
- Contribute to budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting-related issues.
- Stay updated with accounting standards and practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
- Proven experience in general accounting roles.
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
