Job Brief:

We are looking for an HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall company procedures.
• Bridge Management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
• Nurture a positive working environment.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Job Requirement:

• Graduate of A.B Psychology.
• Proven working experience as HR Manager.
• People-oriented and results-driven.
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
• Knowledgeable of HR systems and databases.
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php45,00.00 – Php50,00.00 per month
