Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Engineering/Architecture, or any relevant course
- 5 years of business or real estate strategy experience is an advantage
- Real estate license, master in business administration, project management, finance is a plus
- Helps with review and preparation of all real estate business
- Analyze real estate V&A due diligence materials
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce cost
- Prepare building safety assessment and location risk
- Analyze service charges and property taxes
- Helps in leasing and other real estate related reports
- Study, prepare and ensure accuracy of real estate, financial, and legal documents
- Collaborate with external RE team, CIO, workplace, real estate consultants, and suppliers
- Manage corporate reporting obligations concerning real estate commitments
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare real estate portfolio management with data and other real estate statistics
- Monitor management of real estate portfolio
- Provide timely information regarding the real estate portfolio and activity
