Job Description
Handles all the social media accounts of H&H
Monitors other Facebook page and Instagram that is not handled by unknown users
Do benchmarking to the accounts of other companies
Monitors and updates all information in Facebook, Instagram, and Website
Answers inquiries everyday and endorses it to Central Reservations Office and/or Banquet Sales
Do photo shoots for stock photos that can be used for posting
Makes content planning for posting to all social media accounts of H&H
Basic editing of photos/videos that can be used for posting to all social media accounts
Coordinates with the graphics to create layout for specific events
Coordinates with hotel managers for information and promo updates
Creates social media analytics every week that is submitted every end of the month
Coordinates with Banquet Sales if there are events that can be used for posting to all social media accounts
Endorses events/promos to ICT and/or Brand Republic for updates on the website
Needs to be ready for urgent works such as rush promo ads and events that need to be posted to all social media accounts
Manning to some events to do photo shoots for social media posting and to help in the event
Get updated on the latest trends
