Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Accounting Manager to join our team. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities within the organization, including the preparation of financial statements, budgeting, and tax compliance.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accounting, with a proven track record of managing financial operations. They should have excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate financial information to both internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the preparation and analysis of financial statements
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations
- Coordinate with auditors and other external professionals
- Implement and maintain internal controls
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff
The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field, along with a minimum of five years of experience in accounting management. CPA certification is preferred but not required.
