Job Description
- Leads the end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding of new hires.
- Calibrates with hiring managers and business unit heads to qualify and understand vacancy requirements prior to sourcing.
- Collaborates with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees.
- Responsible for creating and implementing sourcing plans and strategies.
- Develops new processes to efficiently meet the changing needs of recruitment.
- Schedules and implements recruitment strategies in partnership with different sectors, organizations, and universities to market the company and source out potential candidates.
- Conducts interviews with the applicants.
- Tracks hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire.
- Creates and publishes job ads in various portals.
- Maintains a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
