Job Description
Any graduate of any Business Course with experience in customer service/handling, who possesses adequate problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly. The candidate should be able to work well under pressure, control emotions, and handle frustration. Computer literacy is required, along with excellent oral and written communication skills. Trustworthiness and a smart appearance are also important.
