Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Amazon and E-commerce Manager. This position plays a crucial role in our company’s online sales strategy, overseeing all aspects of our Amazon store and other e-commerce platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon and other e-commerce platforms.
- Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Create and execute online marketing campaigns to increase sales and brand visibility.
- Track competitor activities and pricing in the online marketplace.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for driving traffic to our online store.
- Monitor customer reviews and feedback, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Analyze data and generate reports on sales, customer behavior, and market trends.
Requirements:
- Previous experience managing an Amazon store and other e-commerce platforms.
- Strong knowledge of online sales strategies, digital marketing, and SEO.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
