Job Description
– Supervises the activities of the department in the absence of the HR MANAGER.
– Verifies the overtime, under time, and other related matters regarding payroll for all Casino employees.
– Prepares the following:
- Uploads semi-monthly schedules of all departments.
- Adjusts all personnel with no swiped in and swiped out.
- Adjusts the staff’s approved change schedule.
- Determines leave credits and remaining leave credits on leave applications.
- Posts application/declaration of offset by managers.
- Checks the timesheet details and summary prepared by the HR clerk (Payroll).
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as required and/or requested.
