Job Description
A Sales Admin Assistant in our company will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team in their daily operations. Your main responsibilities will include handling administrative tasks, managing customer databases, coordinating sales activities, and providing excellent customer service.
You will be responsible for preparing sales reports, processing orders, and assisting with inventory management. Additionally, you will assist the sales team in generating leads, arranging meetings, and following up with clients. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for this role.
A successful candidate should have a high attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work independently. Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel, is preferred. Experience in a similar role or sales environment is a plus.
