Job Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy
- Familiarity with local (municipal to national) tax rules and regulations required
- At least 3 years of record-to-report experience on consolidated books of companies with subsidiaries and/or affiliates
- Tech-savvy; experienced with ERP migration, use of Spreadsheets, Quickbooks, and the like
- Experience at an auditing firm is a plus
- Exposure to real estate industry is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Lead financial reporting and analysis and day-to-day financial activities of the organization
- Ensure organization’s tax compliance
- Develop and implement internal controls and procedures for data integrity and operational efficiency
- Supervise regulatory reporting and tax compliance prepared internally
- Improve current accounting system and infrastructure
- Set up internal audit system
- Identify and mitigate financial risks through strategic planning and analysis
