Your Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries with a positive attitude. Be committed to delivering outstanding service.
- Navigate computer systems to input and retrieve accurate information during customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Needed Qualifications:
- High School Graduate (Old curriculum) / ALS Graduate
- Achieved a 55 BAA score, 35WPM Typing Speed
- Completed 6 months of CCE or above and possesses a government-issued valid ID.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php18,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
