Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and customer support to our clients, ensuring their issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a solid understanding of technical concepts. You should be able to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, both online and over the phone. Additionally, you will be responsible for documenting customer interactions and escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams.
To excel in this position, you should have a customer-focused mindset, as well as the ability to work well under pressure. Previous experience in a technical support role is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided to the successful candidate.
