Job Description
Position Summary:
The Legal Officer will be responsible for handling administrative functions such as filing complaints, court hearings, and motions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare legal documents including correspondence, pleadings, and memos.
- File complaints before the Office of the City Prosecutor.
- Attend court hearings, mediation proceedings, and transact official business.
- Closely monitor and follow-up on assigned accounts.
- Submit recommendations to the Legal Manager on appropriate actions to be taken.
- Keep track of court orders and other legal documents related to case accounts.
- Assist and negotiate with clients reporting to the office.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Legal Manager.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field such as Paralegal studies, legal studies, or business law.
- Background and experience in handling BP22 Cases from preparation to court process.
