Job Description

RTC Outsource, Inc. offers Business Process-as-a-Service (BPaaS), a concept in which we assume the accounting function of a typical accounting organization. Our scope covers the whole range of the accounting cycle, from initial recording of transactions to the preparation and filing of financial statements and other reports that may be required for management decision making or regulatory compliance. Subject to the client’s preference and need, we can do limited accounting work on specific functional areas such as updating of records, reconciliations, and inventory reports.

Our services aim to provide certain benefits to the client in:

• Customization, by focusing processes that generate reports containing information that is a faithful representation of events and transactions, in accordance with accounting principles and concepts
• Scalability and cost-effectiveness, by using technology that matches the scale, volume, and frequency of transactions, and spreading staffing cost across our client base
• Risk mitigation and sustainability by deploying dedicated staff to the required tasks and mitigating risks associated with common challenges to staff work like unplanned personnel movement, administrative constraints, behavioral issues, errors, omissions, and security breaches
• Data privacy with information that is preserved, secured, and readily accessible in accordance with existing laws and best practices and restricting information access to an authorized staff assigned to the account

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract Length: 36 months

• 8-hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime

Education:

• Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Experience:

• Accounting Clerk: 1 year (Preferred)
