Job Description
- First point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone, email or chat.
- Perform remote troubleshooting
- Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by the customers
- Walk the customer through the problem-solving process
- Follow-up and update customer on status and information
- Attend trainings required to improve customer service
- Help analyze pareto of issues, root cause, and propose improvements
- Attend regular meetings with the IT Service Desk Manager/Supervisor.
QUALIFICATION:
- Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in any IT Related Course
- Amenable to work in Quezon City
- Should have at least 1-2 years of experience working as Helpdesk/Technical Customer Support.
- Knowledgeable in software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting concerning OS, anti-virus programs, internet browser, emails, & client application
- Knowledgeable in Ticketing Tool, Familiarity in Service Requests, Incident Management, and Remote application tools
