Job Description
We are seeking for a Shift Supervisor who will oversee the operations of our pop-up store in Rockwell Powerplant and our soon to open bar in Estancia.
Other Responsibilities:
- Overall shift supervision, monitoring of opening and closing of the store.
- Ensures product quality and availability.
- Provide high standard of customer service.
- Prepares manpower scheduling, inventory and sales report.
- Monitoring controllables such as food, paper, utilities and labor cost.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Food & Beverage Services, Hospitality, or Operations Management or equivalent.
- With at least two years of experience as a Management Trainee or Shift Supervisor in a casual dining restaurant.
- Excellent people and management skills.
- Good communication skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php16,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
Benefits:

- 8 hour shift.
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary.
