Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Staff Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Staff Nurse, you will play a key role in providing exceptional care to patients, promoting their well-being and ensuring their comfort and safety.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing patients’ conditions and creating individualized care plans
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitoring patients’ vital signs and reporting any changes or concerns
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement effective patient care strategies
- Providing emotional support and education to patients and their families
Requirements:
- Valid nursing license
- Proven experience and deep knowledge in nursing procedures and medical care
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
