Job Description
- Daily check-up of the building for any damage/s and shall make timely report to Project Manager.
- Daily rotation of turned the ACU on/off to secure proper rest/down time of each ACU.
- Cleaning of the building specifically the dried leaves/debris that may clog the downspout / drainpipes.
- Safekeeping of the keys of the building.
- Safekeeping of the machines and items inside the building.
- Maintaining a daily log with corresponding checklist needed for daily maintenance requirement.
- Regular reporting to Project Management Team.
- Must be willing to accept a 5-6 months fixed contract.
- Can start as soon as possible.
