Job Description
An HR & Admin Staff is responsible for all administrative and office support activities to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the hiring process from start to end.
- Process government forms for newly hired employees (TIN, SS, PHIC, HDMF).
- Process online filing of SS Sickness Notification, Sickness Reimbursement, Maternity Notification, and Maternity Reimbursement.
- Handle Human Resources tasks such as DOLE requirements and inquiries.
- Prepare timekeeping for payroll purposes.
- Assist in administrative duties and company facilities management.
- Perform other related duties assigned by the superior(s).
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (essential).
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Assistant (essential).
- Exposure to Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
- Effective HR administration and people management skills.
- Exposure to payroll practices.
- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- High computer literacy with proficiency in email, MS Office, and related business tools.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.

Salary: Php16,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
