Job Description

The day-to-day activities:

  • Work with the Key Account Managers on filing merchant promotions and ads trackers.
  • Closely work with internal Grab teams to help merchant operations such as consumer complaints affecting partner brands, device related concerns, and any initiative to optimize the merchant stores on the Grab app.
  • Updating the team trackers with account details that may change from time to time.
  • Coordinate campaign reports between the Ads and marketing team and make sure all data are accurate and submitted on time.
  • Support the Key Account Managers for required billing/collection updates and work with the finance team to ensure that the Key Account Managers will be able to submit required documents to clients on time.

The must haves:

  • Well-versed in Microsoft Office, mainly MS Excel & MS PPT.
  • Preferably with a minimum 1-3 years of experience.
  • Team Player with the ability to work across a matrix structure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and have the ability to communicate effectively any issues/support needed to the team.
  • Can work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php12,416.25 – Php24,092.63 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • 13th-month salary

Ability to Relocate:

  • Pasig City: Relocate before starting work (Required)
