Job Description
We are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to meet our staffing needs.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Creating and implementing effective recruitment strategies and campaigns.
- Screening resumes and conducting interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
- Building and maintaining a strong network of potential candidates through various sourcing channels.
- Negotiating and closing job offers with selected candidates.
The ideal candidate for this position should have a solid understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers.
