Job Description
We are currently looking for a dedicated and qualified candidate to join our team as an HMO Officer. As an HMO Officer, your role will involve providing administrative support to our Health Maintenance Organization department.
You will be responsible for managing and coordinating healthcare services, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely communication between patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing HMO applications and verifying eligibility
- Coordinating with healthcare providers to ensure quality services
- Managing patient records and maintaining confidentiality
- Facilitating communication between patients, providers, and insurers
- Assisting in the development and implementation of HMO policies
If you have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of healthcare systems, we would like to hear from you. Prior experience in a similar role and knowledge of HMO regulations will be a plus.
