Job Description
Job Responsibilities include:
- Communicate with all dealers on a daily basis
- Visit dealer shop, arrange Carlcare Image support
- Identify dealers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Build sustainable relationships and engage dealers by taking the extra mile, Increase Call volume
- Arrange logistics support, CP Payment & Monitor dealer pending & Call trend
- Meet dealer satisfaction target.
