Job Description
We are mass hiring for Call Center Agents in our Metro sites.
Position Overview:
This role involves handling customer inquiries, facilitating bookings, and ensuring a smooth experience for guests.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle hotel reservations, inquiries, and cancellations from customers and other stakeholders
- Provide accurate information about hotel availability, rates, amenities, and policies
- Process reservations accurately and efficiently
- Resolve customer issues and escalate complex issues as needed
- Meet performance targets for productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of reservations and customer interactions
