Job Description
Job Opening – Commercial Collections Associate Manager
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Commercial Collections Associate Manager to join our growing team. As a Commercial Collections Associate Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of collection specialists and managing the collection efforts for our company’s commercial customers.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the commercial collections team.
- Develop and implement collection strategies to ensure timely payment from commercial customers.
- Monitor and track the progress of collections, identify delinquent accounts, and take necessary actions to resolve outstanding balances.
- Review and analyze credit reports, financial statements, and customer payment history to assess creditworthiness.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to gather necessary documentation and information for collections.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the status of collections and any potential risks.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in commercial collections, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of collection laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve targets and goals.
- Proficiency in using collection software and CRM systems.
