Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Associate Manager – Business Controllership. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting, analysis, and control functions within our organization.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Preparing financial statements and reports
- Conducting financial analysis to identify areas of improvement
- Implementing and maintaining effective internal controls
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- Previous experience in business controllership or related roles
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial software
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
