Job Description
-Perform data collection activities both online and onsite and recommends action points for improvements and preventive maintenance.
-Captures and coordinates feedback from both the customers and the community, identifies its theme (comments, suggestions, complaints, and concerns), and coordinates them with the concerned stakeholders.
-Submits daily reports of quantitative and qualitative data sets on institutional and departmental levels and summarizes them on a weekly and monthly basis.
