Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team and support our transactions department. As a Financial Analyst – Transactions, you will play a crucial role in the analysis and evaluation of financial transactions, providing valuable insights and recommendations to drive informed decision-making.
Your main responsibilities will include assessing potential investment opportunities, analyzing financial data and trends, preparing financial models and forecasts, conducting due diligence, and identifying potential risks and opportunities. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions, and provide support in the negotiation and structuring of deals.
To excel in this role, you should possess a strong background in finance, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You should be proficient in financial modelling and have the ability to interpret complex financial data. Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are also essential.
