Job Description
Job Purpose
The Talent Lead is primarily responsible for designing and implementing strategies and programs aimed at attracting, developing and retaining talents critical to the success of FDC. He/She is an expert in setting-up multiple sourcing strategies including the use of modern sourcing platforms and techniques to effectively reach target pool of candidates in order to fill-up positions at the desired turnaround time. Delivers recruitment needs of FDC. Guides the work of Recruitment/MSU Specialist. Leads the initiatives to develop and retain critical talents.
