Job Description
We are looking for an HR Specialist who will focus on Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing. As an HR Specialist in this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing strategies to attract, engage, and retain top talent for our organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing employer branding initiatives to enhance our reputation as an employer of choice.
- Creating effective recruitment marketing campaigns to attract qualified candidates.
- Managing the company’s online presence on job boards, social media platforms, and other relevant channels.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop compelling content for recruitment marketing materials.
- Identifying and implementing innovative recruitment strategies to reach diverse talent pools.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of HR practices, experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing, and excellent communication skills. They should also be creative, strategic, and up-to-date with the latest trends in talent acquisition and branding.
