Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Employee Relations Officer to join our team in Makati. As an Employee Relations Officer, you will be responsible for managing employee relations programs and initiatives, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations, and promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
Your main responsibilities will include resolving conflicts, conducting investigations, providing guidance on employment matters, and implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. Additionally, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to identify and address issues, develop and deliver training programs, and contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures.
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in employee relations, excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is preferred.
