Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Organizational Development Officer to join our team at our Makati office. As an Organizational Development Officer, you will be responsible for driving effective change management initiatives, enhancing the performance of our organization, and facilitating the development of our employees.

You will be collaborating with senior management to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance our operational efficiency. Your main responsibilities will include conducting assessments, designing and implementing organizational development programs, and providing training and coaching to employees at all levels.

• Develop and implement organizational development programs
• Conduct assessments to identify areas for improvement
• Design and deliver training and coaching programs
• Facilitate change management initiatives
• Collaborate with senior management to drive organizational effectiveness

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in organizational development and change management, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels. You must also possess strong communication and presentation skills.

Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in organizational development or a similar role is required.
