Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Officer to join our team in Makati. As a Talent Acquisition Officer, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-quality candidates for various positions within our organization.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough screening and evaluation of resumes and applications
- Conducting interviews and assessments to determine candidates’ suitability
- Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies
- Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Managing recruitment data and updating applicant tracking systems
