Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Accounting and Reporting Manager to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
The Accounting and Reporting Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial reporting, including preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements. They will also be responsible for managing the month-end and year-end close processes.
In addition to financial reporting, the Accounting and Reporting Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial controls and processes. They will also provide insights and analysis on financial performance to support strategic decision-making.
The ideal candidate for this position has a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and a deep understanding of financial reporting standards. They should be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to meet strict deadlines.
