Job Description
A Sales Development Representative plays a crucial role in driving business growth by generating leads and setting up sales opportunities. In this position, you will be responsible for researching and identifying potential clients, reaching out to them via phone or email, and qualifying leads to determine their suitability for further engagement with the sales team.
You will collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop effective outreach strategies, prepare compelling sales pitches, and maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM database. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role, as you will be engaging with prospects and building relationships with potential clients.
Key requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- An outgoing and persuasive personality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
