Job Description
- Conduct recruitment/selection and orientation of job applicants
- Implement HR policies, procedures and other personnel activities
- Handle employee daily timekeeping records and process monthly payroll
- Implement employee code of conduct/discipline considering due process
- Process government requirements for mandatory contribution, loans for employees
- Process DOLE, BIR, and LGU regulatory compliance
- Coordinate subcontractors or agencies for manpower concerns
