QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management/Business Administration or other related courses
- Minimum of 3 year(s) of management experience in casual dining restaurants
- Must have excellent customer service and floor management skills
- Strong leadership and management skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists in managing the daily operations of the store
- Manages people and serves the training & coaching needs of subordinates
- Ensures smooth flow of restaurant operations during shift
- Recommends strategies to improve sales and quality of products and services
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
