Job Description
An Account Manager is responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships in order to maximize sales and achieve company objectives. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills as the Account Manager will be the main point of contact for clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Manage and upsell existing accounts
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on client expectations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
