Job Description
An Account Broker is responsible for managing client accounts and facilitating financial transactions in the brokerage industry. This role requires excellent communication and relationship-building skills, as well as a strong understanding of financial markets and investment products. The main responsibilities of an Account Broker include:
- Acting as a liaison between clients and the brokerage firm
- Assisting clients in opening new accounts and providing them with investment advice
- Executing buy and sell orders on behalf of clients
- Monitoring client portfolios and providing regular performance updates
- Identifying investment opportunities and recommending suitable products
