Job Information

Job Description

The Sales Executive is responsible for overseeing various activities that lead up to the purchase and sales of properties. This position is primarily assigned to develop and sustain a viable clientele in their specific area of assignment to ensure compliance with sales and collection targets.

Team Management:

• Monitors and maintains three (3) to five (5) Property Specialists.
• Trains and coaches Property Specialists.
• Creates work plans for Property Specialists.
• Delegates generated leads from BD to Property Specialists.
• Provides full supervision of Property Specialists.

Sales Management:

• Develops sales strategies to achieve sales quotas.
• Creates sales scripts.
• Assists Property Specialists in sales presentation if necessary.
• Coordinates the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payments are received.
• Conducts sales presentations to personal clients, if any.

Sales Quota:

• Achieves a monthly sales target of Php 42,850,00.00 (approximately 5 units).

Administrative Tasks:

• Tracks and reports sales data to BD and Operations Manager.
• Collects and submits sales documents of buyers to the Sales Admin Department.
• Observes and consistently commits to abide by all company policies, procedures, and employee code of discipline.
• Submits itinerary, travel expense reimbursement, activity plans, liquidations, and other reportorial requirements within the prescribed period of compliance.
• Performs other related duties as required.
