Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team in the Medical Devices division. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to promote our medical devices and reach our target audience.
As a Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the sales team, product managers, and key stakeholders to create innovative marketing campaigns and drive brand awareness. Your primary focus will be on developing marketing strategies, conducting market research, organizing promotional events, and managing the marketing budget.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop strategic marketing plans to drive the growth of our medical devices
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends
- Create and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (online and offline)
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales collateral and tools
- Plan and organize promotional events, trade shows, and conferences
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in marketing within the medical devices industry. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a strategic mindset are crucial for this role. Knowledge of the latest digital marketing techniques and proficiency in market research tools is highly desirable.
